An opportunity to rise to a senior management level with one of the regions most successful medium size civil and structural consultants. A chartered engineer with extensive building structures experience is required. You will be managing projects and staff and will work closely with clients . The position will report into the managing director and a senior board director. There is a clearly defined path to associate and onwards to director level and attractive financial incentives along the way. You will need to be a competent engineer first and foremost but will also need good managerial potential and a grasp of commercial issues. There will be a fair amount of liaison with clients so good communication and interpersonal skills are a prerequisite . You will be joining a progressive practice with a reputation for high quality work and an especially low staff turnover.
