Project based Assistant Quantity Surveyor, working alongside a Senior QS,
Position: Assistant Quantity Surveyor – Building projects
Package: £30-35k plus full benefits package
Company: UK Construction Group with Regional business, focused upon Building and Refurbishment projects across the region to £30m, typically Health, Leisure, Education, Residential and Government Projects.
Role: with responsibility for delegated QS duties on the project such as takeoff’s, re-measurement, subcontractor/package management, variation & final account preparation, whilst in continual liaison with the Snr Quantity Surveyor.
Requirements: This is an opportunity to join a leading construction company and gain career progression on challenging and exciting projects. To be considered you must have a recognised UK construction qualification, have previous UK experience in a Quantity Surveying role and have worked for a main contractor within a building environment.
