The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and continuous upgrade of all site services; HVAC, refrigeration, boiler house, pumps, motors, compressors etc. Wherever possible equipment is fixed and repaired but in cases where the equipment is beyond repair, the technician will liaise with contractors & source replacement equipment / parts.

As an Electrical Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing this high value Electrical Building Services Package. With full commercial responsibility you will be involved with the Contract from the Concept stage managing it through the phases of Design, Planning, Mobilisation, Installation Commissioning and Hand Back.

They are now embarking on a major construction project in East London which will form one of the flagship locations within the UKs Olympic development. Based out of an office in Stratford the company is looking to recruit an Electrical Services Manager. A key appointment you will be responsible for managing this high value Electrical Building Services Package. The Role: CAD Design Engineer

As a CAD Design Engineer you will be a bright responsive team player responsible for the design of floor heating and cooling systems. Computer literacy and CAD knowledge are essential. The ideal candidate will already be working within the services industry and may already be studying to HNC/HND or wish to progress their career further.
The Role: -
As a CAD Design Engineer you will be responsible for design projects for the floor heating and cooling industry. Working within a team of Design Engineers you will be working on projects for a variety of different buildings where depending upon the requirements of the building, either warm or cold water can be passed through the system to provide heating or cooling as required. This will involve designing a lot of pipe work and associated components.

As A Technical Support Engineer for an intruder alarms company applicants require an excellent knowledge of Intruder Systems to a very high technical level. The Role: -
* To be available to give post course day to day help and technical advice to both internal and external customers. Also to review and enhance/develop systems and tools to support you in this role.
* To provide support as requested by the Technical Manager within the Service team or to fulfil the needs of the business.
* Provide coaching by remote monitoring and parallel listening in response to identification of trends and opportunities, and coach staff accordingly.
* To complete the remote Maintenances where feasible dependant on volumes and staffing available.
