We are looking for Site Supervisors to cover off Electrical and Mechanical Commissioning of a Site in South Wales
We are looking for Electrical and Mechanical Site Supervisors to work on Site in Wales. The site is a very large Gas Terminal and our Client currently has approx. 700 Engineers working there.
We require Site Construction Engineers with good strong Site Coordination abilities, to a Supervisory level. Working on a Contract basis for a minimum of 3 months.
The work involed will include various areas of the site and is generally connected to the Commissioning of the Gas Plant, as now finished with construction and needs bringing on-line.
You will not need any knowledge of Gas plants or the Process involved as this role is very generic and will involve general Electrical and Mechanical proceedures, which is the only expertise we require, other than Supervisory experience and Site work undertaken.
The Contract is for 3 Months minimum and will be reviewed accordingly. You will need to locate your own accomodation during the Contract, although these expenses may be negotiable.
Site Manager required to mange a new build retail scheme in South Wales, as No1 on the project reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.
Position: Site Manager – New Project
Package: £45-50k basic + travel + full benefits
Company: Well known and well thought of Construction business that has a high proportion of repeat and negotiated projects, providing construction services throughout the commercial, education, hotel, leisure, industrial and retail sectors, ranging in value from £5m to £25m.
Role: Your responsibilities will include construction supervision from commencement, you will lead and motivate the site team to deliver the project within programme and quality targets whilst ensuring health & safety and company procedures are adhered to; additionally you will manage the supply chain to ensure the project runs smoothly and develop a proactive approach on site.
Requirements: Experience required upon new build and refurbishment projects of at least £5m with Retail experience, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing the construction process. The successful candidate will need to have a balanced stable career with main contractors.
