Building Services Manager (M+E)
Package: £50-50k plus extensive benefits
Company: Construction business currently working upon a mixture of new build and refurbishment building projects across the Southern half of the UK, covering a number of sectors including health, commercial, education and retail, with project values from £1m to £20m in value.
Role: aspects of the mechanical and electrical services, interview & select subcontractors and assist with placing contracts. You will provide technical, commercial and operational support to the project team on large projects, manage the services aspects, monitor subcontractor and suppliers performance, together with conducting regular site, quality and programme reviews.
Requirements: Suitable candidates will have industry trade or professional qualifications and must have balanced experience of the services elements either with a large M&E Contractor or a Main Contractor, have worked upon projects of at least £5m managing the M&E services, together with a stable employment history.
