Description:
Contracts Manager required to be fully responsible for a business team undertaking a portfolio of projects in the Wiltshire area, with individual project values to £5mPosition: Senior Contracts Manager.
Package: £50k - £60k + full benefits.
Company: Well known Regional Main Contractor undertaking new build and refurbishment schemes within the commercial, residential, education and retail sectors.
Position: Experienced , you will manage delivery of the projects via site management teams, offering support and advice to the teams who will manage contracts to time and within budget constraints. You will effectively implement Health & Safety procedures and practices, take responsibility for the training and development of employees and be responsible for the promoting the highest standards of service delivery, reporting to a Divisional Director.
Person: You will have an excellent track record of delivering multiple schemes, as a Contracts or Senior Project Manager with a reputable contractor, have excellent communication skills, a focus upon health, safety and quality, with a desire to provide client service.
