Position: Assistant Maintenance Manager
Report: Maintenance Manager
Location: Euston, Central London
Hours: Mon - Fri: Early shift: 8am to 4pm & late shift 12 pm - 8pm
Weekends Sat & Sun 9am - 5pm
Salary: £21k - £22.5k pa
Benefits: Free meals on duty, dry cleaning, pension scheme, company bonus
Duties:
Oversee the maintenance of the hotel, planned and reactive works
Manage a team of 5: painter, plumber, handyperson and 2 shift engineers
Previous recruitment and supervisory experience, hotel experience is a must
This position is for a candidate who is looking to progress to Maintenance Manager role
Skills required: excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team of 5, problem solving skills.
